Manufacturers Components interview questions

Their current controller randomly called me out of the blue, never having emailed me, expressed interested or called before. She didn't even identify the company she was calling from but randomly expected me to have fully researched their company and know what their looking for. I wished her best of luck on her search and let her go. Wow how ridiculous, crazy and unprofessional. No wonder they're replacing her. Too bad they don't have a sane professional recruiting for her replacement.
