Mapbox Engineering Manager interview questions

Format of a casual conversation, where they would ask you about your past experiences and your approach to managing the team. Unfortunately, the rejection reason sounded far-fetched from my real profile as a candidate, raising questions about how this was concluded.

It was 2 steps interview, the first one with HR, the second with a technical Expert. It was with focus on embedded area, with deep technical expertise. They also required line management skills, not project management.
