A request to do a video interview came about a day after my application. A few days later i received an email to submit for a credit check. They then brought me in for an in-person interview. It was myself, and two people interviewing me. But it was very comfortable. They stressed that the culture was one of family and a big emphasis on ongoing learning and team work.
