Straightforward process. Met with the manager of the department. Got to see operations and how it worked. Then heard back after they reviewed my reference and my résumé. Other questions were very straightforward, what are your goals in five years, how well do you like to interact with your employees, what is the worst situation you’ve ever had when somebody called you,
