Interview
Firstly recorded responses to 5 different interview questions. Then was invited to a personal interview which lasted roughly an hour. A lot of time allowed for asking the questions and discussing the role, rather than all questions aimed at me. Was enjoyable and not too challenging but I learned everything I wanted to about the company and role. Shortly after I was invited to the final stage, a role play with one of the sales team members in which I had to book a demo with a pretend client. I was offered the position a couple of hours after the role play.

Interview
I applied on the website and I have been contacted the day after.
I have been invited to do a phone interview. In the phone interview I have been asked about personal questions and my experience. It lasted about 30 minutes. After three days I did a second interview in which I had to ask questions. It lasted about 1 hour.
My job application has been declined one week after
Three interviews - Phone screening / HR / Sales manager
Talked to the HR assistant over the phone and then was tested on my language abilities.
The second interview was one with the HR Manager and we went over the same questions I had to answer during the phone screening.
The third interview was with the VP of Sales and answered the same questions as in the previous interviews. Later on in a different situation I received a call and we did a test on my ability to do a cold calling for selling.
