Marine Federal Credit Union interview questions

I put in my application and got an initial rejection email, I think after the assessment that was sent after my online application. I assume it was automated. But I later got an email from HR to set up an interview. Interview was a panel of 3 people and was thorough and open. I really appreciated the candor. The same day I was asked to do a background check. The questions were a little hard but I prepared thoroughly.
