Applied directly. I asked to reschedule the interview as something had come up and got no response. Luckily i was able to work around it and attend the screening. The recruiter asked me basic questions about my experience, told me how the interview process would go, then said he'd book a call with the hiring manager the following week as they were currently out of office. I didn't hear back for a few days so I followed up and was told they moved forward with other candidates. Eventually my email discussing how I couldn't make the interview was acknowledged after the call & they thanked me for still hopping on. Seems slightly a bit disorganised at this place.
