Pros
Size of the company is perfectly mid-sized and growing in the best way Feels like a mature start up! Publicly traded industry leader but still has the best parts of a start up

Still a fairly flat organization but the way we are growing will change that

- You get to work on extremely important high stakes solutions (impacting hundred of users, and millions in trading volume) - Great location - Good Benefits - Overall, I enjoyed the people I worked with - You can learn A LOT and isn’t necessarily a bad place to start!

- They underpay talent. This is a fact and I know is why a couple of other people left. - System is an archaic monolith. Very messy - There is no clear indication of career growth (which is why it could still be a good starting point for post grad) - This has improved a bit, but finger pointing is still prevalent - Expect crazy work hours for development lifecycle - While I do like management, many of them have been there for 15+ years and slow down the needed changes in structure to allow for career growth and innovation
