Marmot interview questions

After applying for this position, I interviewed with HR, then twice with Director who I would answer to, and 3 more interviews with who would be my cross-functional partners, going through the whole interview process and a lot of work put into it. As I was not hearing back from anybody I contacted HR who told me they should be able to update me by end of week. Never heard from anybody. Then I purposely waited another 3 weeks or so thinking I would never hear from anybody, and sure enough, I didn't. At this point I contacted them again and the HR person coincidentally told me they just hired someone else and supposedly sent me a "dismissal" email (which I never received, when I received all other emails just fine). I had taken another job in the process which is beside the point. This was not my first negative experience with Marmot as a similar experience occurred about 5 years earlier when I never heard back from HR after an interview. And after about 6 interviews, going probably all the way to the end and putting a lot of work and effort and preparation into the process the best they can do is a "dismissal email"? How incredibly rude and unprofessional. This is the mistake: for the company to think that they are in a position of strength making the hiring decision unilaterally and thinking they can afford to treat people this way. So, I concur with other reviews here and most certainly will never apply for this company again or would otherwise recommend them to anybody.

I got texts from HR who interested in my application. It was the first super informal and casual experience. Then they schedule a phone interview with the senior designer, I really like her and we had a good talk. But when I have the panel interview with VP and a group of managers, it felt highly judgemental. I also asked for a project at the end, spent week working on it and they have never given feedback or respond. I understand I might not be their perfect candidate but I thought that I get to the very end of the process and work on the project deserve a thank you or respond even if it is a "no, we are sorry". They reflect a lack of respect in their organization.
