Initial communication was with an external recruiting company. Then, I had an appointment with the hiring manager. This guy was late to what was supposed to be a video interview, called me on the phone instead saying that he couldn't log in to the zoom link and sounded like he had a hangover! Didn't ask much questions and he just said " you're not what we're looking for" then why the f did you agree for an interview in the first place?? Very unprofessional. Good luck to this team.
