I had scheduled an interview with JLT India after MMC merger. After shortlisting my resume by JLT and clearing the technical assessment I was scheduled for face to face round. A day before I got a call from recruiter that interview has been cancelled as panel is not there, after asking them to reply the same on my email, they told the real reason JLT do not hire their previous employees and there was a mistake from JLT in screening your resume. This happened even when at the start I told recruiter to double check if they hire previous JLT employees to which they confirmed in positive as MMC has taken over but looks like only the name has changed.
