I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh
Interview
Applied for something else, after the phone screening they said the hiring manager moved forward with other applicants so I was put forward for this. Pretty straightforward interview - background questions (why this company/job, about yourself) and a handful of competency based questions. Interview was conducted by two people (I'm not sure how they fit into the job)

Interview
I applied for the position online and after a few weeks was contacted for a telephone screening. About 1/2 weeks later I was asked for an interview which was arranged immediately. Then to a formal face to face interview and offered the job a couple of days later!
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh (Norwich, England) in Jul 2019
Interview
Contacted by email after attending a graduate careers fair held by my university. After submitting CV and agreeing to a date, I attended the interview. The interview itself lasted around 45-50 minutes, with ~35 minutes of questions fielded towards me and ~10 minutes of me fielding questions towards them. It was reasonably relaxed, yet it was still professional. I enjoyed the interview process, at least as much as you can be expected to enjoy it, and the questions were reasonable and applicable.
