I was contacted by a recruiter 2 weeks after submitting my application and receiving a referral. The interview was fine but the RM seemed robotic and not all that interested in my answers. She gave me a rundown of the job and the team and notably said that Martin goes out of their way to update candidates and to personally reach out to her in case I didn't hear anything within a week. Cut to over two weeks of radio silence even with me following up several times. Finally got a generic rejection with no explanation or feedback. Completely rude and a waste of time, especially in today's climate. I definitely second the reviewer who said to not put all your eggs in one basket with this one.
