I spoke with 3 managers separately for around 30 minutes each. It was a bit repetitive, but everyone was very nice. They also were able to elaborate on the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Martindale-Nolo (Pleasanton, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
I first had a phone interview with the recruiter and then with the Sales Manager. After that I had an in person interview with the Sales Manager, the Director of Sales, and then a final interview with two Account Managers. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable and openly answered all my questions that I had about the company. The only odd thing about the interview was the last part was to write a response to an email. Once I completed that I told the person I was done and they said ok, thanks. That was it. No one came out and said anything about the next steps or walked me to the door. So I assumed there was no interest.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Martindale-Nolo
Interview
Very detailed and gave me a very good idea of what the expectations were for the job. The in person interview were several rounds back-to-back, including a skills test. Total took a little over 2 hours, but I got to meet the whole team and discuss the job with each of them.
