Maru Sushi interview questions

Very easy interview process. Had to first provide background information, and to make sure I was able to work in the US. I went to the restaurant to talk to the manager, which is also one of the sushi chefs. We spoke in English as well as Japanese.

Applied in store and met with store manager the same day. I was asked questions on sushi but, had no previous experience before so I answered what I could and made it known I was eager to learn. I was hired on the spot and started the following week.
