They messaged me saying they are from Mary Grace Cafe, and schedule me at 6:30PM for an initial interview. They asked about my background, but they keep on not letting me finish answering their questions before they would butt in another one, and then so on. The moment I start giving a perspective, they would always cut me mid-sentence. This went throughout the whole initial interview. I concluded then that they weren't really interested in me as an applicant, but rather they just want to play around the interview process. Near the end of the interview when they asked for my expected salary, they were in a hurry to end the call.
