Pretty easy, only took about 30 minutes nothing too serious. Mostly coffee related questions. Only one round, talked with somebody in HR. Asked about prior work experience and school. This is old though so it could’ve changed.

How would you describe your favorite MLous coffee to somebody who has never had it?
Simple 10 question interview ask questions around school previous experience any experience as a barista or using a POC such as a cash register and handling money. Pretty simple process.

Have you ever worked with a cash register or handle money before?
Fast, asked questions regarding your knowledge on the Marylou's company history, and the current stores they hold. They may ask questions regarding counting money as use of the registers and dealing with patrons is in the job description.

What is your favorite beverage and how would you describe it to someone/a customer?
The interview process was super easy. In person interview and had a few basic questions. Heard back fast and was able to start right away. They asked for my availability during the interview.
