I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Masabi (London, England (UK)) in October 2016.
Interview
It was composed by a technical test in the paper talking directly with the CTO. After that, I spent 1 hour chatting with some people for the team talking about some good practices and patterns in JS. Finally, I spent some time with the PO of the team talking about process and some agility terms.
In general, the process was practical and smooth. Completed in one morning and getting a good offer a few days after.

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Masabi in June 2018.
Interview
1st interview with HR was quite straight forward as one would expect. 2nd Interview with Team Lead was pretty easy as well. However, i felt like the Team Leader lacked experience and exposure for the department he is running. He wasn't able to answer very basic questions regarding Product Development and some of the answers he gave me, gave me a feeling as if i am talking to a recent graduate. The job required skills on few design tools but apparently the company doesn't own any of those. Towards the end of the interview i knew that its not going to work as the person running the Team has little or no expertise!
I was hoping for a positive feedback from the employer(over qualified or something similar) but they came back with a negative one suggesting that i lacked experience and expertise!!. This made me laugh because i design computer cards for the Consumer and Transportation industry where as Masabi, as explained by their Team Lead is using off the shelf equipment. LOL
I only wish that, not just Masabi but all companies should give relevant feedback and not something 'made up' for the purpose of rejection.

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Masabi (London, England (UK)) in December 2016.
Interview
A very quick response to application, contacted next morning and an initial telephone interview arranged quickly. On the day, the call was delayed by around 10 mins due to the interviewer being delayed in another meeting, but I was contacted to let me know.
The interview was a 30-40 min conversation covering my c.v. and experience as it related to the role. It seemed to go well, I had a good rapport with the interviewer and and identified a lot of positive and relevant experience.
However, I never received any feedback at all, despite following up on several occasions - not even a "Thanks, but you have not been successful". This was a very poor experience after I had invested the time in the interview and very surprising after the initial rapid and positive contact - it seemed like they simply lost all interest in the candidate experience as soon as they had been "dismissed".

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Masabi (London, England (UK)) in June 2017.
Interview
Got initially contacted through 3rd party recruiting site, the first stage was an Initial conversation with Talent/HR, after a couple of days (later than expected) I got booked for an onsite interview with Head of Product and Product Manager.
The interview itself was fair, sometimes questions were a bit up in the air, however fair.
The negative bit is that I had to chase for resolution, clearly negative after having not heard back for days. The company to date didn't provide any feedback on the interview, which is disappointing.

Interview
Just a phone technical interview about 45 minutes. Some questions were easy and another average, they just wanted to know my skills, not how I could deliver or how can committed could I be.

Interview
One interview at the phone and one on-site interview of about three hours.
It really depends what you are looking for, it did not look to me as a place where you can have a long term career plan or get beneficial work experience, if such thing still exists.
I wanted to have a look to a start-up company in the Old Street area to make my mind up about the environment I could find there - I did not have a very positive idea of the company as I have found the website and company description a bit "bold". With the exception of a fantastic polite, well mannered and competent guy - technical person - I found the rest a bunch of conformist novels, the Java test I went through is not designed to pick at your technical knowledge and I found the interview a mediocre, that guy simply isn't good at his job.
The two project managers would talk to you while typing on slack to each other - when I opened the door of the room to one of them as I saw him coming and I said "please" to let him go through he probably did not understand me and said "I am afraid I do not bring peace" - he did say that.
A bunch of novels you should afford to stay away from if you have some experience in your shoulders.
They did not even bothered to reply to me - a sign of disrespect.

I applied through other source. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Masabi (Cluj-Napoca (Romania)) in June 2019.
Interview
The first stages for interview were quite smooth.
- contact on LinkedIn
- establish first 1-hour video interview with HR from UK;
- send the documentation for a practical test;
- I send back my answers;
- I received feedback in less than 48h, as promised;
- establish new interview with Head of People and Office Manager from UK (video-call);
- received feedback in less than 2 days;
- based on the very positive feedback presented by HR, we already started to discuss details on my salary expectations; also, I was told that I made it successfully for the final stage with only a hand of other 2 or 3 candidates; As I was presented for the favorite, and I was a bit above their budget, we had some communications back and forth to have agree a final amount that I would considered I would take this job; Then I was told that we have the approval for a final amount and that I only need to take the final interview with the people in Cluj office (which at this stage is more like a formality, having it all approved by then);
- Final Interview / or the moment where everything went down the rail, with 2 persons from Cluj office (people with technical positions: QA and Engineer); I can't say it was a hard interview but the lack of communication from their side was exhausting. I struggled to keep the conversation going ( sometimes I felt that I was doing all the talking, asking questions, etc), as they didn't really seemed interested in me and what I was saying for some reasons. I don't know, maybe they just didn't like my face (which I assure you is not an ugly one, but I don't know :) ). On the other hand, there was a moment which I believe it had 1 very inappropriate question: ''Do you know people in IT industry in Cluj? As this would be a very strong point on hiring someone in this position, as it would help us with recommendations of possible candidates for the opening roles at Masabi Cluj. It is not a deal-breaker, but an advantage.'' My answer was not as they would expected( although I worked in IT industry for the past 4 years and I have numerous friends in the field), and I just said that I know some people, but I do not want to make any promises on this. I didn’t want to insist on this, as I don’t consider an Office Manager success rate depends on how many IT people, she/he can recommend filling other positions. Sure, If I know someone, I can help, but this should not be the way to discuss.
- Feedback from the final interview came the next day, not a positive one, as you might expect. So, the London HR told me that they cannot make me the offer we disused anymore, as the people in Cluj didn’t liked me.
Bottom line, I have no hard feelings, I understand that we didn't match or have the chemistry, and this worked for the best for me. But at the end of the process, I don't think it is wise to involve technical people to take HR related final decisions ( they don't have the skills to read a person’s character and take the right decisions if their attitude is the right one), let them take technical decisions, not human ones :).
