The first round was a video submission after receiving details of the job including typical hours and pay.
The second round was a teaching demo and interview.
The third round was an interview.
The fourth round was training to hire.
By the fourth round, something felt very off. They were cagey about the details of future payments which I saw as the first red flag. In the 3rd round, I was told training is a large portion of the job. I pressed on before completing the training about post-hire work life. Turns out the company uses a "bait and switch" method with pay. They were offering one-third of the salary for all training in the future, which was lower than minimum wage. There were other red flags as well so I pulled my name from consideration. While they have seemingly good reviews on Glassdoor, I would be cautious of this company, something seems off.
