Match–Trade Technologies interview questions

1h interview on site Starts with a 20 minute IQ test, what ??? Then proceed with simple QA session with a manager and an engineer. The Manager probably had no idea what answers are and looked at his notes, The engineer has little time left to ask meaningful questions. No programming, design, code debugging etc. The vacancy itself has been listed for a looong time, looks like a ghost posting.

There were 2 recruiters, the first person briefly explained who they are, what does the company do, then they proceed to ask technical questions but the overall experience was not really good. They were somewhat emotionless and neutral but I felt like the atmosphere was intense.
