I applied online. I interviewed at Materialise (Leuven) in May 2014
Interview
It started with a company presentation followed by a group case study. I liked the mixed disciplines of the participants from engineering to marketing who were not applying for your job. It was collaborative by nature and we weren't trying to undermine each other. A Presentation to a jury ended the day. I was later invited to interviews

Interview
The process is very smooth and well organized but things always come up at the end that was not prerequisites for the position. I got twice into the last stage and was rejected because I was not speaking dutch although that was not specified priorly.

Interviewed for the position of technical project manager. In general, I got the impression that the people who conducted the interview have a high professional level. The office in Kyiv is part of a global business with headquarters in Belgium.
