HR Phone screening prior to actual interview to ensure hours available fit, then in person interview scheduled afterwards. Went to the store applied to and interviewed with the manager on site. Overall an easy experience.

How do you handle a customer who is upset for a situation that was caused by the company? How does this differ from handling a negative experience not caused by the company?

Interview
They called me in for an interview at a location, after having applied at other opportunities w/in the company at the time of this interview and been rejected from those. They led me to believe I had a chance in one of the store locations, asked me to do some facing for the shelf in one of the coolers (meaning arrange the items neatly and add products to an empty spot to make it look full) which I did successfully, and said they'd be in touch. They rejected me about a month later, and never heard back from them.
