Question 1
Culture, leadership, work experience, growth plans in work
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Max Kelsen in May 2023
Interview
- Recruiter screen - Behavioural interview Met with James for an initial recruiter screen after he reached out to me. He explained a lot about the company, the role, and the types of projects I would be working on. James was very insightful and responsive throughout the process. I then progressed to an interview with Jade who was amazing. This was a combination of lots of interview questions but also gave me plenty of time throughout the interview to ask her a bunch of questions for me to gauge whether the role would be a good fit for me. In the end I wasn't offered the role as it wasn't the right fit for me but I really enjoyed the experience and would happily recommend Max Kelsen to anyone.

Question 1
- Questions about agile processes and my experience with them - Questions about team and stakeholder management
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Max Kelsen (Sydney) in Nov 2021
Interview
Had 3 interviews, introcution, technical and cultural.
Originally I was interviewing for a Cloud Engineer position but in the introduction interview it was decided I'd be a better fit as a Platform Engineer.
Technical interview was pretty straight forward. I was questioned on several scenarios and what I would do in those situations. We also talked about best practices and the software/tools we like to use and why.
Cultural was making sure I'd be a good fit in the company. How I'd handle issues with colleagues etc. Also got an opportunity to ask more about the company and their values.
