Interview
The interview process took a bit as I was interview by different people, including executives. The very positive side of the coin is that this offered me the chance to better understand the company and the expectations for the role, the strategy they had in mind for PR and Comms and I was also able to grab more information about the company. I was also given with an assignment.

Question 1
The company was approaching the split, so I was asked about my ideas on the communications before, during and after the spin-off. Then I was asked about my experience with solar and PV press system globally. I also got some more general questions about problem solving, team management, time management.
