Mayerfeld Consulting interview questions

They advertised the role on LinkedIn as JHC Consulting, but contacted me through email as Mayerfeld Consulting. They requested me to reply 4 questions per email, which took around 30-45 minutes. Around ten days after sending a rejection email, they have contacted me and offered me to join a (PAID) 4-week Practicum program. I have been reading online and it looks like they have done this to more people, so I'm not sure if the role advertised was real in the first place, as it might just be a sales strategy...
