Interview
It looks like they don't know what they are doing. At first I applied to a position with PHP-stack. A recruiter said this position with PHP was already closed and he decided to interview me for another position but with Python-stack (while still was asking PHP questions during the interview). I was rejected because they didn't like my Python level (althou I was applying for PHP) and told me I can't apply for another position in 6 months because of they rules. Next year I applied to one new PHP position (which didn't have any Python mentioned in the description) and was instantly rejected because I already failed their Python test (which was completly irrelevant).
Recruitment team and hiring manager were very nice. It was a great experience to talk to them. We didn’t match in terms of the required experience and expectations for the role, but I really enjoyed it.
