I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at McKesson (Salt Lake City, UT) in Feb 2013
Interview
3 part interview composed of various supervisors asking both standard and industry questions. Small math test to establish if you can count by 4, 6, 12, and 24. Lots of focus on integrity and whether you have previously stolen from an employers or milked the clock. Most questions were done in triplicate through the process and consistency was stressed between all parts of the process. I was given a brief tour in which I was able to establish if it were something I was willing to do.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at McKesson
Interview
Fairly quick and to the point. Done over the phone and then scheduled for orientation. Didn't seem to be a person from the actual work location. Just someone relaying information.
I applied online. I interviewed at McKesson (Montgomery, NY)
Interview
Very average and what you would expect. For roles with more responsibilities and status most likely would have more than one interview and more than likely there will be more than one interviewer
was done video chat through third party but may have changed since back when I hired in. Typical questions , What is your experience, what shift your looking for etc. But was an ok interview
