Initial interview - nice recruiter but hiring manager looking for a specific skill/experience that was not specified in job requirements/breakdown made this a no go from the beginning and a waste of time for everyone involved.

easy process questions were hard but they use the situational approach and i’m not good with those questions . If you want to ace this interview i would say just google situational questions and you should be fine

I had a phone screen with an outsourced recruiter. She promised to follow up within the next week, but I didn't hear anything. There was supposed to be another 2 rounds with the hiring manager and team members.

I received an email response to my LinkedIn application, scheduled a phone interview for the following week. I thought the phone interview went well but didn't hear back one way or another. I was reviewing other job openings via LinkedIn and noticed the position I applied and phone interviewed for was "reposted." I contacted the interviewer and inquired about the reposted position and if there was any feedback she could provide and received a very general reply.

A recruiter did a cold reach out to me on LinkedIn. I received a very compelling email about how much my experience was a perfect match for the role. The recruiter was quick to set up a call. After the call, the recruiter was very positive and asked for me to send my résumé, which I did. Then, I was ghosted. I followed up three separate times over a period of three weeks with the recruiter, and did not even get the decency of a response to the follow ups. Why reach out and waste my time if you can’t even respond? Bad experience.
