I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at McKesson in May 2025
Interview
The process was simple enough, 4 interviews, including the phone screen. I had 3 interviews in 3 weeks. Sent thank you notes to the interviewers after each round. After the 3rd interview ghosted. I reached out the the recruiter and hiring manager asking for updates after not hearing anything for two weeks, still no response.
It took 6 weeks after the third interview for the candidate portal to be updated saying I was no longer in consideration. I still have not received a formal email saying this. This was very surprising to me, because everyone I spoke with during the process emphasized the culture of clear communication, teamwork, and doing the right thing.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced and appreciate your input, which helps us improve. Our goal is to ensure a fair and efficient process for all candidates, and your comments will be valuable in enhancing our systems. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at McKesson (Alpharetta, GA) in Mar 2010
Interview
I went to a recruiting dinner, which was informal and informative. The initial interview was a few standard behavioral questions. I got a call saying I made it to the next round a week or so later. That consisted of a 5 minute presentation, 5 minute sales call, and a 30 minute 1 on 1 with the director. They call that their "first round." It's pretty nerve wrecking, but it turned out to be pretty low stress. Everyone was really nice. The final round came a couple of weeks later, and that was only a 30 minute phone interview. I don't quite understand the logic of that, but oh well.
