I had a chat with HR very easy going then I had an interview at the MTC in Chertsey I informed the HR that am I disabled and walked with a stick they were very accommodating with this issue. I had to programme an electronic control unit and had a questionnaire on general electronics the issue I had is that when being shown around a member of staff said to me “I hope you are not a new starter” this comment I can only take a seriously negative attitude to me being disabled another member of the overheard and she smiled this to the edge off discomfort but I must I was relieved when informed I had not been successful in my application. I have not reported this issue to McLaren but I have heard a lot of negative reviews of Mc Laren nice facilities but a certain toxic person working there.
