Meddbase IT Support/Infrastructure Manager interview questions

Skype Interview went well to a certain extend but their attitude towards staff did't sound great also the way the Director was expressing himself made the interview a awkward and I was trying very hard to be nice and show that I could be well suited for the Job. I also discoverer that they do not like Jokes or anyone that has a seance of humor they would rather prefer someone that they could have under their command. So overall bad vibes from this one.
