I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MediaMind
Interview
I was contacted by their Talent Acquisition Manager in Dallas, Texas she was extremely friendly and asked me about my current position and what my daily responsibilities were. She then informed me that she would arrange my in-person interview for the following week. I interviewed with three MediaMind employees , two of them were extremely friendly and easy to talk to one of them was a little more rigid and very difficult to hold a conversation with in my opinion. Long story short after sending out hand-written and e-mail thank you's the company did not even have the decency to let me know that I wasn't in the running for the position.

Question 1
What do you do when you are overwhelmed and have urgent tasks due all at the same time?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MediaMind (Austin, TX)
Interview
I applied for the Client Services Manager position directly through the Sizmek (formerly MediaMind) website. I was contacted by email within a couple of days to set up an initial phone interview with HR. She was extremely pleasant, and the phone interview was quick and painless, as the HR rep had a packed schedule and many people to speak with. Shortly after I had a second phone interview with the woman I would have reported to. Also a pleasant experience. I then had a 2-hour in-person interview at the Austin offices, and met with 5 team members. Everyone was professional, personable, and conducted a great interview.

Question 1
None of the questions were particularly unexpected - most questions were about my background, how I've dealt with difficult client interactions, and why I was interested in being in a client-facing position.
