I met with 3 different department heads. This place is all about conformity. Might be OK straight out of college or with minimal experience, but not the right fit for anyone who is already accomplished to some degree. Individualism is definitely not fostered or encouraged here. The obsession with KPIs - as opposed to strong sales management - is always a red flag if you're experienced.

Interview
The people were friendly, however it took 3 months and 3 rounds of interviews. They knew I had no staffing experience, kept saying the interview feedback was great and positive. Then I had to send multiple follow up emails to see where they stood in the offer process. I waited a month for them to say I was not being pursued further because my limited staffing experience. Biggest waste of time.
