I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medisca (Montreal, QC) in Dec 2013
Interview
This was the fastest recruitment process I've experienced. There were 2 weeks from applying to receiving an offer. The HR personnel were also very responsive and communicative during this period and during the contract negotiation.
Questions from the HR were pretty standard. The questions from the prospective managers were much more detailed and relevant to the responsibilities of the position. The HR ask a lot of questions but don't offer a lot of information. The prospective managers described a lot more clearly the position itself, but I did have to do some probing.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medisca (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2026
Interview
Completed first round phone call with HR, which lasted around 20 minutes. The conversation was professional, they provided a brief overview of the job and then asked about my qualifications and salary expectations. They said they would confirm next steps within a week, but never did. When I followed up two weeks later, they promptly confirmed I was not selected.
