I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Medix (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2016
Interview
Medix's interview process consists of a typical phone screen, an in-person one-on-one interview with the sales manager and senior account managers, followed by a job shadow. Overall, the interviews were fairly informal and focused on getting to know the candidates personally which was refreshing. Because of the tight-knit feel of the team, it seems as though the team is willing to hire and train personable and capable people with a desire to learn their business.

Question 1
Though there were a few behavioral questions, the majority of the questions were conversational and designed to get a better idea of who you are and where you came from.
I was reached out to via Linkedin and had: 1 Call with the recruiter, 1 panel virtual interview, 1 on-site team interview. Offer immediately after the on-site day. Very straight line experience most interview questions were personality based then technical.

Question 1
How does your current experience relate to healthcare staffing?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medix (De Zoom) in Apr 2022
Interview
It was very thorough. I had 5/6 different interviews/phone calls with this company. I really liked being able to see the day-to-day of an employee here and being involved in the meeting in the morning to meet everyone.
Went well, was extremely easy. The team was very nice and sincere. Would recommend the interview to someone else. Went well, was extremely easy. The team was very nice and sincere.
