I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Medix (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2014
Interview
1 Phone Interview Two In-Person, It was pretty standard. The second round interview was basically a repeat of the first in-person interview. Same questions just different people. The last in-person interview is also a job shadow. You sit down with their recruiters. One person explains the system they use and one person lets you sit in a call. It gives you a good idea of what they do on a day to day basis. They do work long hours: about 7am-6pm every day.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Medix (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.
Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
