After 20 minute behavioral interview on the phone, they sent home assessment, and they expected me to finish in few hours. They were very friendly and helpful but assesment wasn't specific enough.

Applied via their website, got contacted by two HR people for two phone convos. In the second convo, I told the HR woman that I could pick up Java easily (since I know C++). She disagreed.
Meetup is probably a good company, but the people in HR are idiots.
