Why do you want you want to work here
I had two interviews over Zoom. Both were very straight forward and asked a lot about how I would go about styling for customers and handle customer interactions. They also asked about weekend availability as that is important in retail.
2x interview. With the store manager & regional manager online. Roughly 30 minutes each. Standard behavioural-style interview questions, open to chats and questions. Relatively average difficulty with the preparation research of the company/ brand value.

The process was slow but straightforward. They asked typical retail questions. if you have any experience, make sure to reference that. Make sure to learn about Mejuri’s brand story and founder because they might bring that up. there are multiple rounds.
