Interview
I met with Tashia from recruiting and Janine the unit manager, it was like a competition on who could be nicer. They ask a bunch of questions to see if you're the right fit for MSK.

Interview
First step was AI interview. Second was with two nurses (not the hiring manager). Asked questions: why do I want to work for MSK, describe my work experience, where do I see myself in 5 years. They did ask if I have children which is absolutely not allowed and very unprofessional. As a young female with no children they were certainly looking at what this would mean for future work plans. Did not receive the job offer.

Very long, but do able. The phone interview is first then the in person with your nurse leader. The in person is longer, prompt of questions asked. NO medication admin questions
