Took a few hours, first had HR interview, then sent me to the research building in a shuttle. The first part of the interview with HR was easy with basic behavioral questions. The next part was with the lab's principal investigator who asked about past experiences and work specific questions. After this got escorted to a conference room with about seven people from the lab who asked more work and experience related questions. Robust past experience wasn't required as they explained they would teach everything in the lab. Overall experience was laid back with this group and the people were nice and fun to speak with. In the end gave me a short tour of the lab. About a week or two later got a call and a mail for reference and invitation for offer.
