Interview
Make sure to dress businessy, wear a suit or the equivalent for females. Take it very seriously and make sure to do your homework on the hospital. You'll start with an interview with HR and they will ask you series of situational questions and will ask typical strengths and weaknesses. Those are routine questions. If they like you they will try to send you straight to the department hiring manager for the position you are applying to. After you meet with that person you should wait about 1-2 weeks to hear from them.
