Took the online assessment test, had a brief 15 min phone call and then came in for an in person interview. It was entirely behavioral questions and last about 2 hours in all.

Interview consists of behavioral questions and hiring managers will be listening for very specific examples. They will do their best to weed out generalities like “I would do x” and instead want to hear “In this situation I did these specific things and the outcome was _”.

Very detailed process. It included the STAR method - Interviewers discussed this in the beginning of the interview. Unfortunately, I ended up declining the role and going with a different offer.
