When I had to head to MSKCC I first met with a high up administrator for a primary interview, before being brought down to the lab to meet with the staff I would be working with daily. Both women interviewed me with the same questions. "Tell me about yourself", I gave my background, my lab experience. They like you to be personable, clean cut, organized, and very polite.
