I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
Went to meet with HR for an initial interview (rep said they usually have phone interview first, but they were in a rush to hire for this position), she liked me and sent me to meet with 4 supervisors on the main campus only an hour later (did not expect this as I was scheduled only for an interview with her that day). Had to come back twice after that to meet with CRM and two PIs, including the deputy director of the whole department. Filled out a survey of five references and was offered the job shortly thereafter.

Interview
Call from HR department who matched me with a team a few months later, had an in person interview with the team. They were all really nice. Was then followed up and was placed on an alternative team which had a completely different dynamic and culture than my interview.

Question 1
Behavioral, but basic because this is typically a first job out of college.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) in Aug 2018
Interview
I was called about 2 weeks after applying online, and scheduled a phone screen interview. The phone screen took about 10 minutes and I was asked pretty generic questions about my research experience and clinical experience. They then said I would need to come in for 2 more interviews over the next month, which seemed a little excessive.
