Interview
Great experience regarding the interview process.
The questions asked were clear, respectful, friendly, and direct which they're keen to find the right candidate for the position. I had an interview with each manager, each of them asking different questions but during the process, nothing was too tense, and sometimes filled with enjoyment knowing the same passion.
They search for technical knowledge on IT products and seek interpersonal skills that align with their company values when treating their customers.

Interview
2 separate interviews with 2 different managers, being told will know the result a couple of days later, but instead, have to send follow-up emails twice to them to know the position was filled.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Memory Express (Richmond, BC) in Sep 2013
Interview
Had two separate interviews, each one-on-one with a store manager. They asked straightforward questions to assess my customer service philosophies and technical knowledge.
The store sells lots of different kinds of technology, so they'll want to know if you have a focus on cameras, TVs, computer components, laptops, cell phones, or something else.
The interview was fairly relaxed and conversational.
