They asked a lot of yes and no questions, but don't just reply a simple answer...say yes i able to work in all-weather condition and i understand that's part of the job, they ask what's your strength and weakness, or what would you do if you see someone who's not following the rules, and tell me a time where you have to deal dangerous or not so well friendly worker, last at least they ask how important is communication, etc...

Just be straight with them and answer the questions as truthfully as possible and also wear something casual clothing and have a good attitude and they also want to see that you have a good attitude

Unorganized and slow the interview process took about 7 hrs and alot of stuff was very unorganized and just all in all wasnt a great experience they could have done alot better
