Phone screener with personality test. Basic interview questions. Interviewed with hiring managers and team members. Asked all the basic questions that you always get. Also made me sell them a notepad. It was a very laid back setting.

Was organized and went through the process quickly. From application to job offer was under 30 days. There were two screening phone calls, one with the hiring manager and one with HR, and a panel interview.
Usual discussion based on random questions about your previous experience, asking about customer’s relationship management, achievements, responsibilities and your skills set. 3 rounds procedure including 2 online and 1 offline sessions. Easygoing people and friendly process
