First there was a first phone screen interview with HR lasted about 15 min . then a week after in person interview, there were three interviewers on the panel. all at one time.

It was a thirty minute Teams interview with talent acquisition recruiter. Friendly and positive, brief details about role, benefits, and salaries range. Adviser that I would get an update as soon as it becomes available.

Video call for internal hire. A friend in the department let me know about the opening. Application was through workday. Submitted resume and cover letter about specific position. Heard back after about 2 weeks.

Timely, enjoyed the panel interviews. Three round of interviews from the hiring manager to Vice President. The process was long in my opinion I applied in January and started in April. Most interviews will be panel.
