I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Merck (Riverside, PA) in Jun 2020
Interview
I attended a Lee Hecht Harrison virtual career fair which Merck recruiters attended. One of them pointes me in the direction of jobs I was qualifies for on their website. I applied and a week later was emailed that I had a 1st round phone call screen interview. It was very general and resume focused. 3 weeks later I was contacted that I had a 2nd round interview with 7 people over 4 one hour sessions (video call). They each asked some background questions, “how did you deal with situation X” questions, and finished with “how would you troubleshoot this situation” questions. That weekend I received a call telling me I had the offer, and the next week I got it via email and accepted.
