Apply via HR companies. HR manager contacted me by phone. First interview with executive manager. and second one was virtual Interview with team members. It took about 7 hours.

Normal standard situational questions. Individual interviews with various levels of management, no panel interview. Interview occurred about 3 weeks after submitting application, No secondary interviews. Environment was friendly and not overly formal.

Merck’s process moved fast! Within a week of applying for the AD role, I was invited to a Microsoft Teams interview with the hiring manager to discuss the next steps.
